Noise from other rooms disrupts peace, hard beds may not suit everyone. Lacking central heating with cold rooms noted. Water outage hit us from 8 PM to 10:30 PM-quite inconvenient. Cracked ceiling suggests maintenance issues, possibly from water damage.

The staff was helpful, providing tips and storing our bags during our hike. The breakfast was great, made fresh upon order. A must-visit for anyone traveling in the area!

Staying at Casa Montes San Blas was like a good retreat in Cusco. The Superior Triple Room was so spacious, comfortably accommodating my family. The beds felt plush and inviting after long days of exploring. The breakfast offered a scrumptious selection, made fresh to order. I especially loved the local options that fueled our adventures. The front desk team was genuinely helpful, offering plenty of tips about the city and its attractions. We enjoyed the lovely terrace view of the bustling area. The walls seemed to lack insulation, allowing noise from neighboring rooms to drift in, which occasionally disrupted our peace. With the thin air in Cusco, providing an electric kettle for instant coffee in the room would have been a nice touch.

The location is marvellous as it's not far from Cuzco and the Sacred Valley.

Couldn’t fault!

The stay was really enjoyable, especially the spacious king room with a mountain view. I loved spending time on the balcony and soaking in the fresh morning air. The breakfast offered was fresh and tasty, giving us the energy we needed for our exploration around Cusco. Just a short walk from attractions like the Cusco Cathedral and San Blas Temple, it was perfect for wandering around the city.

The Superior Twin Room was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The room and bathroom were super clean, and I loved that they cleaned every day. Breakfast was made when you ordered it, way better than buffet-style. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the city center. I felt really comfortable throughout my stay!
